(SportsNetwork.com) – Toronto pulled within two games of .500 with a weekend sweep of the Houston Astros. The Jays extended their season-best stretch in dramatic fashion on Sunday, as Chris Colabello’s two-run single in the ninth inning not only extended his hitting streak to 17 games, but lifted Toronto to a 7-6 win.
Jose Bautista homered twice in the win to help the Jays to their sixth win in nine tries. Bautista has also hit safely in his last 11 games, two short of his career high.

Getting the call for the Blue Jays on Monday will be righty Marco Estrada, who is 2-3 with a 3.77 ERA. Estrada won for the first time in six starts on Tuesday in Washington, as he held the Nats to three runs (2 earned) and six hits in six innings.
Estrada is 1-2 in nine games (4 starts) versus Miami with a 6.44 ERA.
Miami, meanwhile, will turn to lefty Brad Hand, who is 1-1 with a 4.24 ERA. Hand beat the Chicago Cubs on Tuesday with a pair of runs and six hits in six innings
The Marlins managed a series win in Colorado over the weekend, as Adeiny Hechavarria’s two-out homer in the top of the 10th gave Miami a 3-2 victory.
Hechavarria drove a slider from reliever Boone Logan (0-2) into the trees in straightaway center field to help the Marlins to their fourth win in five tries.
Toronto took two of three the last time these teams met, but the Marlins have won 10 of 12 meetings in Toronto, including all four series they have played there.
